LATEST NEWS: Updated 20/3/15, 20.45 hr

EGG RUN. We have finally got some things in place now for this year's event. We may have to print

our own posters due to the lack of time available now. We WILL NOT be able to have a cavalcade

this year from carcraft. INSTEAD it will be a bike meet at Weston Park. James Toseland will make

a grand entrance at Weston Park at 11am and he will be spending time with the bikers signing the

famous yellow egg run t-shirts. (Remember that there are only 100 of them and when they're

gone they're gone and all the money from the sale of the t-shirts will go to the charity. They are a

cracking good price of only 10). Bikers can meet at Weston Park from about 10.30am (3 shires

members please get there earlier to set up and get positioned so we can carry out efficient parking

marshalling) and there will be a burger van available and toilets and a cafe in the Weston Park

museum and there is Costa across the road. It will still be a minimum donation of 2 each and all

of this will go to the charity. We will have our usual bucket shakers and t-shirt sellers. Please lets

make this a good event and raise lots of money for the charity. If a group want to ride to Weston

Park together please do remember to ride legally.

When you arrive at Weston Park please follow the orders of the marshals. It is imperative that

bikers get into Weston Park and off the road as quickly and safely as possible as we do not want to

risk blocking the road with waiting bikes in case an ambulance needs to come by. If a bucket

shaker does not come to you to collect your donation please don't be shy to approach one of them

and give them your money. They will not be shy at taking it!

Welcome to the Three Shires' branch website.

We are one of the many branches of the Honda Owners Club (GB), and we are a club
run by the members for the members
Our aim is to provide a social atmosphere for like minded people and provide advice,
help and friendship.
From day rides and trips out, to planned rallies and nights away, or even just a meet
down the local for a pint or a lovely milky coffee!!
Whatever and wherever, we aim to do it together so come and give us a try.

Club History

The Three Shires is a local branch of the Honda Owners Club of Great Britain. Originally formed in

1998 the branch was named the "North Notts HOC".  The first meeting had 17 members listed but

this quickly increased to 27 by the following week.

Over the years membership has changed, with some leaving and new members arriving, however,

our principles have never changed. We welcome anyone to our club that owns, rides or just likes

Hondas. As you can expect, some of our members now ride other makes of motorcycles and some

are not members of the HOC but this doesn't prevent them from being Three Shires members and

We enjoy ride outs together and always consider individual rider's abilities in organised rides,

employing the Last Man or Buddy system ensuring no one gets left behind.

We organise events, rallies and even the more unusual social events such as archery, clay pigeon

shoots, canal boat trips and visits abroad. We enjoy a variety of social evenings that don't have to

be bike related such as bowling, going to the dogs and having a laugh at the comedy club.

We are always willing to try something new. Come and join us and maybe suggest something that

we haven't tried yet!
