Welcome to the Three Shires' branch website. We are one of the many branches of the Honda Owners Club (GB), and we are a club run by the members for the members.Our aim is to provide a social atmosphere for like minded people and provide advice, help and friendship. From day rides and trips out, to planned rallies and nights away, or even just a meet down the local for a pint or a nice cup of tea! Whatever and wherever, we aim to do it together so come and give us a try.
Club History
The Three Shires is a local branch of the Honda Owners Club of Great Britain. Originally formed in 1998 the branch was named the "North Notts HOC". The first meeting had 17 members listed but this quickly increased to 27 by the following week. Over the years membership has changed, with some leaving and new members arriving, however,our principles have never changed. We welcome anyone to our club that owns, rides or just likes Hondas. As you can expect, some of our members now ride other makes of motorcycles and some are not members of the HOC but this doesn't prevent them from being Three Shires members and friends.
We enjoy ride outs together and always consider individual rider's abilities in organised rides, employing the Last Man or Buddy system ensuring no one gets left behind. We organise events, rallies and even the more unusual social events such as archery, clay pigeon shoots, canal boat trips, canoeing weekends and visits abroad. We enjoy a variety of social evenings that don't have to be bike related such as bowling, going to the dogs and having a laugh at the comedy club. We are always willing to try something new. Come and join us and maybe suggest something that we haven't tried yet!

The official meeting starts at 8.30pm every other Monday (apart from bank holidays) but members often start arriving from 8pm. Even when we don’t have an official meeting members often turn up for the social aspect of the club.
